Soul Boutique Hotel Phu Quoc

Our stay at Soul Boutique Hotel was fantastic. This hotel is in the new Phu Quoc Waterfront Marina Complex. The staff were friendly and eager to assist at all times. The room was clean, very comfortable and just as depicted in the pictures with beach towels, beach bag, thongs and an umbrella provided in each room to use during the stay. Complimentary jar of biscuits in the room and vouchers for ice cream on arrival as there is a small ice cream parlour next to reception. There’s also a play zone with futsal and table tennis. Breakfast is provided at the nearby Sailing Club Beach Bar (2 minute walk) and was fantastic. Al a carte choice of Vietnamese and Western food. You could choose up to 2 dishes and 3 drinks each for breakfast. The beach in front of the Sailing Club was very clean with sun beds, a bar, and there was inflatable play equipment in the water and jet skis to rent. For a pool you can swim at the Sailing Club Beach Club, catch the free shuttle to the Sailing Club Signature Resort or swim in the 3 pools which are part of the Marina Complex. At the Marina Complex there are a few restaurants to eat at and a small night market. We used the free bikes from the hotel to ride to the larger Sonasea night market about 2km away. Otherwise short Grab ride to centre of town. There’s a fire show each night at 8pm in front of the Sailing Beach Club. Highly recommend staying here if want to be in a quieter place with great beach.

Staying at this resort was an absolute delight from start to finish. Nestled within a vibrant resort complex, the property boasts a beautiful beach view, direct access to a private beach, several inviting swimming pools, and a lively night market right on the premises. The on-site restaurant offers fantastic dining, and nightly fire shows at 8 PM add extra excitement to the evenings.What stood out the most for me was their well-designed app. It’s incredibly convenient, providing detailed information about everything the property offers—from restaurant menus and spa services to interactive text features for reaching various departments. The instant responses and seamless app experience made communicating and managing activities effortless.There’s never a dull moment here: guests can enjoy pickleball, badminton, a spacious indoor play zone, and even join workout or training sessions. The app keeps you updated about these activities with timely broadcast messages. It’s more than just a place to stay—plan to spend a full, leisurely day (or more!) making the most of all that’s on offer. There’s so much to discover, but I’ll leave the rest as a pleasant surprise for future guests. Just book your stay and enjoy every moment!

The space was basically brand new and we had an view of the ocean from our terrace. Breakfast was amazing and we were able to get beach chairs easily. We didn't even go to the 2nd pool area. Some people said the walk to breakfast was long in the reviews, but it is literally less than 2 minutes on a beautiful path you would walk further on a larger resort.

The rooms were modern, well designed, clean and safe. The facilities were shared with another hotel, so for example the gym was 1km away. The facilities were great, just felt an effort to use them and the hotel did not make it clear what we could and couldn’t use within the cost. The beach and local pool did not have enough sun loungers. There was room for more so I dont understand why this didn’t happen. The staff were friendly and breakfast was excellent

Stayed here with a friend for 4 days and loved our stay! It’s very new, clean and stylish. The facilities (swimming pool, beach and breakfast) are not exactly at the hotel but a stone-throw away, so don’t let it stop you from booking it. The food was absolutely amazing. Will stay there again.
